Easy Rosemary Focaccia with mozzarella cheese, it’s light, delicious and so simple to prepare. There’s nothing better than the smell of homemade fresh focaccia bread baking in the oven.
I’ve been making homemade focaccia for years now and I love it. Rosemary focaccia is such a classic and with added oozy mozzarella it’s so delicious. It’s perfect for picnics, lunches, antipasto and of course alongside a big bowl of pasta to mop up the tomato sauce.
Who doesn’t love nice warm, soft flatbreads filled with spicy chicken or veggies topped with dollops of sour cream, delicious homemade tomato salsa and guacamole, oosht.Yum
I made this red grape and mozzarella focaccia a few days ago and absolutely loved it, so did my boyfriend Nathan. Bright purple juicy bursting grapes that are so sweet and delicious with bubbling mozzarella on top. Focaccia is really easy to make, you need to wait a few hours to let the doughy goodness rise and then it’s just a case of throwing whatever takes your fancy on top and Voilà an incredibly impressive and delicious focaccia awaits you. It’s great to make when you have some friends over, for a party or barbecue or for snacking on basically anytime of the day.Yum
