Italian Beef Braciole


Bash the beef thin

Use a meat mallet or rolling pin to bash the slices of beef thin enough to roll up!

Add the filling

Lay a slice of prosciutto on top then add cheese, garlic and parsley.

Roll and seal

Roll up the beef and secure each side with a toothpick.

Brown the beef

Brown the braciole in a deep pan with olive oil.

Add the sauce

Once browned add the tomatoes and simmer!

First serve that beautiful rich tomato sauce with some pasta!

Then serve the braciole with more sauce and sides like roast potatoes and veggies!
