Mulled Wine
The easiest homemade Mulled Wine made with festive and warming spices, clementines, and a splash of amaretto liqueur. This recipe is so easy to make, ready in 10 minutes and tastes divine. Buon Natale!

- 1 bottle red wine
- 1 shot amaretto liqueur (35ml)
- ½ cup brown sugar (110g)
- 3 clementines or 1 orange
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cloves
- 3 star anise
- 1 bay leaf
Cut the clementines or orange into thick slices and add to a medium sized pot. Add all of the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
Heat the wine slowly until it starts to simmer then immediately turn off the heat (do not let it boil)
Ladle the mulled wine into heatproof mugs and serve.
