How to make a refreshing, bubbly and delicious Puccini Cocktail! This Venetian cocktail is perfect for brunch, festive celebrations or for sipping on any occasion. Super easy to make made with just 2 ingredients!
Servings: 1 cocktail
- 2 medium-sized mandarins or 100% mandarin juice (1 part/50ml)
- Prosecco (2 parts/70ml)
Juice the fresh mandarins (about 2 per cocktail) in a bowl then pour through a fine strainer to get rid of any remaining pulp.
Fill a flute glass by ⅓ with the mandarin juice then top up with prosecco.
- Pour slowly - by pouring the prosecco into the glasses slowly you avoid the cocktail overflowing as it reacts with the citrus juice.
- Fruit to use - you can use mandarins, tangerines or clementines (whole fruits or juice).
