  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup (70g) frozen wild berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 5.5 oz (150g) coconut yogurt
  • Splash of milk
  • 1 teaspoon mixed seeds


  • Place everything in a blender apart from the mixed seeds.
  • Blitz until completely smooth. Top with seeds.
