Put the banana, frozen berries, yogurt, honey and lemon juice in a food processor and blitz until completely smooth (add a splash of water if needed).
Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top with chopped strawberries, kiwi, chia seeds and toasted pine nuts.
Notes
You can toast the pine nuts but adding them to a small dry frying pan and heat them for a couple minutes whilst shaking the pan until the are toasted on both sides.
