A fun autumn-inspired Pomegranate Spritz made with vibrant pomegranate juice, Aperol and lots of bubbly prosecco. It has the perfect mix of tart, bitter and fruity flavours and is so easy to make at home. Perfect for parties or for getting in the festive spirit!
Pour in the Aperol and pomegranate juice then top with Prosecco.
Stir to combine then serve with a sprig of rosemary (optional).
Notes
Adjust the cocktail to taste - if you’d like if more bitter add more Aperol or try using Campari instead. You can also add more pomegranate for a fruitier flavour.
Pomegranate ice cubes - I love to serve this spritz with homemade pomegranate ice cubes and they’re super easy to make. Fill an ice cube tray almost to the top then sprinkle in some pomegranate arils (seeds). Freeze.
Use 100% Pomegranate juice - make sure your juice isn't mixed with sweeteners etc. You want 100% juice for that delicious tart flavour.
