Ingredients
2
medium-sized
mandarins
or 100% mandarin juice (1 part/50ml)
Prosecco
(2 parts/70ml)
Instructions
Juice the fresh mandarins (about 2 per cocktail) in a bowl then pour through a fine strainer to get rid of any remaining pulp.
Fill a flute glass by ⅓ with the mandarin juice then top up with prosecco.
Notes
Pour slowly -
by pouring the prosecco into the glasses slowly you avoid the cocktail overflowing as it reacts with the citrus juice.
Fruit to use -
you can use mandarins, tangerines or clementines (whole fruits or juice).
