The Puccini cocktail is a refreshing Prosecco based cocktail named after the famous Italian composer and Madame Butterfly’s, Giacomo Puccini.

Invented in Harry’s Bar, Venice it’s very similar to a Mimosa or Peach Bellini but uses fresh mandarin juice instead.

You can juice whole mandarins yourself (what we do) which will give you the best fresh flavour or you can buy 100% mandarin juice for convenience.

Serve your Puccini cocktail with Italian snacks such as smoked salmon crostini or burrata with crispy ‘Nduja.

  • Mandarins – if juicing the mandarins yourself I recommend using 2 medium-sized manderins per cocktail. You can make a bigger batch of this to serve more people.
  • Prosecco – use a good quality Prosecco DOC.
