Marche Recipes
Le Marche is an eastern Italian region nestled between the Appenine mountains and the Adriatic sea. It boasts a beautiful countryside and stunning coastline and of course, lots of delicious food.
We were lucky enough to spend 3-4 months in this region volunteering on farms in our early twenties and discovered so many incredible dishes. Our Zucchini Potato Soup is a recipe we recreated after having it in a trattoria in a small mountainous town and it has had lots of rave reviews (it’s surprisingly simple with a tonne of flavour!).
