Molise sits between four other regions in Italy; Abruzzo, Puglia, Lazio and Campania. It’s a small and untouched region and home to lots of delicious ingredients and produce such as Cavatelli and Fusilli pasta, Caciocavallo cheese, Scamorza Mollisana and Capofreddo (cured meat).
