Lombardy is home to some incredible dishes and famous cheeses such as Gorgonzola and Taleggio.

Probably the most famous Lombardy dish is Ossobuco alla Milanese – braised veal shanks that are fall off the bone tender and served with a traditional Saffron Risotto and Gremolata. This dish is popular all over Italy.
