swapping Prosecco for sparkling Lambrusco wine. A delicious and festive cocktail that's perfect served for your Italian aperitivo or as a welcome drink.

Ingredients

Martini Rosso (or red vermouth)
(1 fl oz/30ml)

Campari
(1 fl oz/30ml)
1
part
Lambrusco wine (we used sweet Lambrusco)
(1 fl oz/30ml)
Ice
Rosemary sprig
optional garnish
Instructions
Fill a short glass with ice and pour over the Martini Rosso and Campari, stir to combine.
Add the Lambrusco and serve with a sprig of rosemary.
You can top up with more Lambrusco if you’d like it sweeter or more bubbly.
