Lazio

Lazio is a central region in Italy and home to Italy’s capital city, Roma! It’s certainly not shy of incredible ingredients and famous dishes. Spaghetti alla Carbonara, Pasta alla Gricia, Bucatini all’Amatriciana and Cacio e Pepe make up the 4 iconic Roman pasta dishes known all over the world.
