Piedmont

Piedmont is a northern region of Italy famous for many high-quality ingredients such as hazelnuts, truffles, cheese and wine as well as many iconic dishes.

Bagna Cauda is a warm garlic, butter and anchovy dip served with seasonal vegetables. It’s addictively delicious and perfect for sharing. Other famous dishes include Vitello Tonnato (one of our favourite recipes) and Baci di Dama biscuits.
